Kempo Karate of Stratford strives to provide a fun, safe and energetic learning experience for their students. Lessons focus on teaching discipline, self-control and respect for others. As a student progresses there are "belt advancement tests" and will work their way towards achieving mastery over these skills.  Their unique style of traditional martial arts training, cardio workouts and stretching techniques, allow individuals to gain the physical benefits and confidence that is achieved through self defence training.
