Advanced Beginner: Player has had introduction to grips and strokes, starts to make contact with the ball on a regular basis. Low Intermediate: Player is starting to keep the ball in play, learning to serve, can volley and is learning court positioning. Intermediate: Player can keep ball in play consistently, can hit with some spin, can serve and rally consistently. Players will be grouped by age and ability. Camp will focus on a different stroke daily. Instruction includes forehand, backhand, serve & volley. Match play for Juniors with green dot and adult ball will also be played. A minimum of 2.5 hours on-court instruction is provided daily. Wednesday is prize day! Players are asked to bring a nut-free snack daily. USTA Quick Start: Orange balls for younger p;layers, green balls for more advanced 10-and-under juniors. Adult balls are for more advanced players over age 12. Participants should bring their own racquet.
