The trip begins in Riverton CT with some faster water and easier Class I and II rapids folowed by a calm canopy in American Ledgion and People's Forest State Park. Instruction will be provided, and you may choose to paddle in either a canoe or kayak.

The Fife Brook section of the Deerfield River is the perfect introduction to whitewater rafting. The guides will teach the basics of paddling and start with a brief warm up. Then the trip continues with floating, swimming, and shooting fun rapids!

Each Surfer is supplied with a surfboard for their ability level and size. There is a professional ESA qualified surf instructor for every 5-6 participants. Surfers are instructed in water safety, paddling and surfing. Boogie boards are also available.
