TCT Dance Workshops - ADULT BEGINNER TAP TCT Winter Adult Dance for Musical Theatre Dance classes for adults 18 and up. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or just looking for a fun way to try something new, these classes are all about learning, laughing, and dancing together. DANCE FOR MUSICAL THEATRE Open-level dance class for musical theatre lovers and creative movers. Each class will include a warm-up, dance-skills development, musical theatre combination, and improvisation exercise. This workshop offers the opportunity to engage in physical activity combined with artistic exercises. She has also held teaching leadership roles at the university level. She has staged and directed many dance/music/theatrical performances throughout her career and enjoys creating community through the arts! Katrina Perkins combines over 25 years in education and her life-long love for dance to implement meaningful creative experiences for students. Her choreography credits include productions of Grease and West Side Story, as well as original choreography for show choirs, dance teams and schools, and college productions. She has taught dance to students aged 3 to 70 and appeared in several works as a performer in New York.

Food Explorers - Half-Day Camp 3/20 Exploring food encourages children to learn through sensory experiences, hands-on activities and working together to create delicious results. Food Explorers provides children with the knowledge to make healthy choices for themselves. By combining nutrition education with cooking and hands-on food exploration, you'll have a Food Explorer in no time! Guided by experienced instructors, young chefs will learn essential kitchen skills, explore new ingredients, and gain confidence in the kitchen—all while having a blast. Perfect for aspiring chefs! Please note: all Tiny Food Explorers classes are designed for children ages 2-5 and their caregiver.Any campers registered for both morning and afternoon sessions MUST be accompanied by an adult between 12pm-1pm.All recipes are nut free but do contain eggs, dairy, and gluten. She has staged and directed many dance/music/theatrical performances throughout her career and enjoys creating community through the arts! Katrina Perkins combines over 25 years in education and her life-long love for dance to implement meaningful creative experiences for students. Her choreography credits include productions of Grease and West Side Story, as well as original choreography for show choirs, dance teams and schools, and college productions. She has taught dance to students aged 3 to 70 and appeared in several works as a performer in New York.

Lessons focus on teaching discipline, self-control and respect for others. As a student progresses there are "belt advancement tests" and will work their way towards achieving mastery over these skills. Their unique style of traditional martial arts training, cardio workouts and stretching techniques, allow individuals to gain the physical benefits and confidence that is achieved through self defence training.

Advanced Beginner: Player has had introduction to grips and strokes, starts to make contact with the ball on a regular basis.
Low Intermediate: Player is starting to keep the ball in play, learning to serve, can volley and is learning court positioning.
Intermediate: Player can keep ball in play consistently, can hit with some spin, can serve and rally consistently.
Players will be grouped by age and ability. Instruction includes forehand, backhand, serve & volley. Match play for Juniors with green dot and adult ball will also be played. USTA Quick Start: Orange balls for younger players, green balls for more advanced 10-and-under juniors. Adult balls are for more advanced players over age 12. Participants should bring their own racquet.
