4:30 PM - 5:15 PM	Kempo Karate - Kempo Karate (Fridays) Kempo Karate of Stratford strives to provide a fun, safe and energetic learning experience for their students. Lessons focus on teaching discipline, self-control and respect for others. As a student progresses there are "belt advancement tests" and will work their way towards achieving mastery over these skills.  Their unique style of traditional martial arts training, cardio workouts and stretching techniques, allow individuals to gain the physical benefits and confidence that is achieved through self defence training.
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM	Indoor Badminton - Winter 2025 Trumbull residents age 16 & up are invited to play Badminton on Friday nights at Middlebrook Elementary School. Registration is required and id's will be checked on site. Nets are provided, but players must bring their own racquet's and shuttlecock. Some equipment will be provided (some assembly required), but participants are required to bring their own paddles. Indoor balls ONLY. Lessons focus on teaching discipline, self-control and respect for others. As a student progresses there are "belt advancement tests" and will work their way towards achieving mastery over these skills.  Their unique style of traditional martial arts training, cardio workouts and stretching techniques, allow individuals to gain the physical benefits and confidence that is achieved through self defence training.
