7:00 PM - 8:00 PM	Adaptive Karate - Winter Adaptive Karate This program is designed to introduce students with special needs to Martial Arts, and is tailored to accommodate a range of special needs issues and developmental challenges. Students will learn balance, control, coordination, vocabulary, as well as basic Karate moves and principles, while developing self-respect and confidence.
